Android 64bit processors

We have been waiting for a while now for this to happen, Android using 64bit processors. At the Google I/O event, they announced the 64bit android os. The OS is called Android L for the moment but it will change to either Lolipop or Lemon Meringue Pie. Lets get back to the processors.  Quallcomm Snapdragon 805, 810 are using the 64bit architecture. They are the next High end processors we will most likely see on the Nexus X, HTC M9 and S6.

The Snapdragon 808 will be using ARM7 cortex A-53 Quad Core processor and it will be backed by Adreno 418 gpu. Now the gpu is just slightly weaker than the one found in 805. It will not make a massive difference and you wont even notice it because both gpu are mighty fast.
The processor can Capture and play 4K video quality, which is just amazing and supports camera up to 55mp, Which is massive.

The Snapdragon 810 will be using slightly more powerful ARM7 Corex A-57 and the superior GPU - the Adreno 430. Its other features are the same as Snapdragon 808.

There has not been much information on Snapdragon 815, but some sources claim that It will be only 64bit compatible, Quad core and Adreno 500 gpu. Some also say It will also feature an ARM8 processor..

Nexus 6 Leak!!

Many of us are looking forward to the next nexus. Earlier this year there were rumors that google was replacing nexus line with android silver.. That isn't entirely correct.. Android silver is coming in February 2015. Android One has released in countries like India to promote android OS. They are phones that run near stock and less than 100$.

Lets get back to Nexus 6. So far we found out that nexus 6 was being made by Motorola.. Which isn't a shocker since Google owns Motorola. Few images have surfaced, the phone in these photos is nicknamed "Motorola Shamu". The next nexus is not going to be called nexus 6 because of legal issues. Instead the phone is referred as nexus X. We will find out the real name in October.

The Nexus X supposedly has either a 5.3-inch or 6.3-inch 2K display resolution, a 2.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 with an Adreno 420 GPU, and has a 13 mega-pixel rear camera and a 2.1 mega-pixel front camera, but doesn’t come with a fingerprint scanner. Fingerprint scanner is not a huge issue because nexus lineup are famous for their software and price..

Nexus X will be shipping with Lemon Meringue Pie 5.0 and as always pure stock android. There are also rumors which indicate that Nexus X is being built by HTC.. If HTC makes the next nexus, the forget the cheap price and expect a super high end, premium android handset.. What are your thoughts on the Nexus X?

HTC Smartwatch

It has finally came to this, HTC are making a smartwatch. Maybe you don't like the moto 360, LG g watch or galaxy gear and want a smartwatch form that company which knows how to design smartphones. Lets be honest, there isn't another manufacturer  which amazes us with their beautifully designed smartphones. We expect the same with the smartwatches.

When HTC does decided to launch a smartwatch, the company will face increasing competition in the wearable space. Samsung this week unveiled its latest smartwatch, the Gear S, and several other companies -- including LG, Sony, and Motorola -- have already launched wearables or plan to do so in the near future. Apple is also expected to announce a wearable device, possibly the so-called "iWatch," at its iPhone 6 launch event on September 9.

OnePlus Dropping their invite system

Finally, everybody can get the "one" without the annoying invite system. In twitter the CEO, Pete Lau announced that they are dropping the invite system in October.. Android authority has also posted about this. The phone is still good but most people have lost their interest on the phone. I personally think OnePlus should make a new phone and not screw up this time..

OnePlus one, Flagship killer?

As the CEO of OnePlus said, Their One was the Flagship killer. However I don't think that's the case. Well sure, It features High End specs like Snapdragon 801, 3gb ram and Full HD display. I personally think Oneplus lost their chance of taking over the smartphone world with their one. I'm not saying its a bad phone, in fact its the best phone you can get for 300 Euros. You wont be be disappointed with the phone, If you can get your hands on it. I said Oneplus lost their chance of taking over the smartphone world, It is purely because the lack of ability of the phone itself. Nothing wrong with the phone. Oneplus is using the invite system. It is, well you will need an invitation to buy the phone, once you buy the phone, you will get 3 invites to share... sounds easy right? No it's quite hard to get an invite, to obtain an invite, you will need to be an active member on the forums or win a giveaway. This is my opinion on why the oneplus one isn't the flagship killer. What are your thoughts on the phone?
